At Scratcher my role is to design graphic elements that improve the platform's interface and make it more intuitive for users. This includes the layout and design of the website, ensuring users can navigate it intuitively. I also create content for social media, customer communications and internal communications, acting as a bridge between the customer service team, the developers and the marketing team.

As a freelancer, I have had the privilege of collaborating extensively on the development and execution of projects for a creative studio and an online jewellery brand. I focused not only on the technical side of things, but also on providing a strategic vision that aligned business objectives with end-user needs.
